Problems w/ TimerPhetandSeed

I am still having issues with the Timer program, the pHeT and the first seed videos. I have completely eliminated the security which did help some with the Timer program but it is still not appearing correctly on the page. There is no initialize counter button appearing and the third box under the top is not appearing completely. I still cannot open the videos for the first seed and pHeT.

I am willing to come to Abingdon if need to be to get this issue fixed. Please let me know what I need to do. Iam really concerned because I feel like I am falling behind in assignments since I am having these issues. Are other Mac users having the same problems?

I'm going to check out the TIMER once more, on a variety of machines on campus.
What you describe is also happening on one of my Windows 7 machines, so I don't think it's a problem with the Mac. More likely something has changed in Java.
However the programs appear to be working for all but one or two students.
I'll try to get back to you by the end of the afternoon (most likely before this is posted).
