• Is it possible from this information to directly determine vAve?

 For question 1, yes it is possible to directly determine vAve. vAve = (vf + v0) / 2

For question 2, it is not directly possible to determine vAve, however, i can be found. You can solve for v0 using a = (vf - v0) / 'dt, and then use vAve = (vf + v0) / 2.

For question 3, no it is not possible to directly determine vAve because there is no time interval given.
