which by straightforward substitution would that be written as
( 50/(distance)) / illumination(2*distance).
You can't just remove the word 'illumination' from the denominator.
Now what is the expression for
illumination ( 2 * distance )
if illumination(distance) = 50 / distance
and what do you get when you substitute that expression into
( 50/(distance)) / illumination(2*distance)?
