** Your average time interval for 20 time intervals **

.15

I added up the first 10th of the numbers and divided by the amount of numbers.

That's the right thing to do, but .15 sec in not a reasonable average for a series of intervals that were all longer that .15 sec. It appears from your numbers that the mean will be closer to .20 second, a little more or a little less.

** Your frequency distribution for the 20 time intervals (interval, number of times it was observed) **

I had several numbers that occured frequent. Such as .1875 occured 3 times. .25 occured twice. .17 was the shortest and .29 was the longest time intervals

** Your general comment to this point **

** Why did you observe only certain time intervals? **

No, it does not mean that it is useless but it just allows you to see the different intervals that came up.

** What did you see when you looked at the differences between time successive time intervals? **

** Your time intervals for 7 complete breaths: **

2.8710

3.976563

3.726563

4.742188

4.058594

4.523438

4.695313

4.292969

** Your general comment to this point: **

** Why did you rarely, if ever, observe that same time interval twice? **

Most of the time u will be able to predict what will happen before it actually happens

** Do you think this program is accurate to .1 or .01 ... **

D because the time changed every ten thousands of a second.

** Copy of a few lines of your spreadsheet from the TIMER program. **

You left a question or two unanswered, and your mean for the first 10 intervals was low, but overall this is OK. Be sure to see my notes.

Let me know if you have any questions.
