Contents

The menu in this 'Contents' frame takes you through the initial phase of your course. You will establish communication, view general information, and then complete the Orientation and Startup for the course.

The Preliminary Note, designed to give you an overall picture of this initial phase, will initially appear in the frame to your right, and will stay there until you click on the subsequent link.

To begin the course, you will simply click on each link in this menu, each in its turn, and do as instructed. By the time you are done you will know where to find information and how to submit assignments. You will also have begun the learning process that makes up this course.

This initial phase occupies the first week of a 10-week summer course. During a regular 16-week semester, this phase occupies most of the first two weeks of the course.
