Test 1 Proctor

I went to take Test 1 today at the Manassas Campus of Northern Virginia Community College. They would not proctor the test without the following:
1) A specific request for the testing center to proctor the test from the professor of the course via email.
2) A copy of the test. I showed the instructions page and explained that the test was located at the math/physics website, but they requested that the link and instructions be sent from the professor.
3) Information on where/how to send the test. Again, I showed and explained the instructions page but they want this to come from you via email.
I sent an email after I was informed I needed this information, so if you are reading this before the previous email than you can disregard the email.
