I turned in the assignment; however, i forgot to name it. I'm sorry. I gave myself a 2 on several questions, but once I read the solution I understood where I went wrong at. Do I need to just specify that in the self critique ratings??? Also, when you have added notes to the assignments turned in to fix things, is it understood that I should resubmit it except when it comes to test, where you will only look the first test for practice and the 2nd one for a grade??

You can always resubmit anything you wish, but resubmission required only when I specifically ask for it.
If you turned in something without identifying it, simply turn it in again. I assume you're saving copies, as instructed.
If you're sure you understand the solution, 'OK' is fine for your self-critique.
