Your 'ball down ramp' report has been received. Scroll down through the document to see any comments I might have inserted, and my final comment at the end.
** Your general comment **
** Will a steeper ramp give greater or lesser time? **
The time will be less for the steepest ramp.
** As slopes increases will time intervals increase, decrease or show no pattern? **
The time intervals would be decreasing because as the slopes get steeper it will take less time for the ball to travel the ramp.
** Your report of 5 trials each way for 1 domino **
It traveled 26cm.

It was collected using the setup of the ramp as directed and using the timer program.
The data is giving the time intervals for each time the ball rolled down the ramp. The first five was of the ball rolling to the left and the last five was of the ball rolling to the right.
** Your report of 5 trials each way for 2 dominoes **
The time intervals should be about the same because the ball rolled the same distance.

Use two dominoes and the track as described. The timer program was used to get the time. The data is giving the time intervals for each time the ball rolled down the ramp. The first five was of the ball rolling to the left and the last five was of the ball rolling to the right. The times were similar for both directions.

** Do your results support or fail to support your hypothesis about increasing or decreasing times? **
The steep the slope the faster the ball rolled was proven with the time intervals shown for each of the trials using 1 domino, two dominoes, and three dominoes.
** How do you think ave velocity is related to slope? **
The steeped the slope the faster the velocity of the ball becomes which is indicated by the time trials.
** Speculate on why ave velocity changes with slope. **
The steeper the ramp is the faster the ball travels down the ramp.
** How could you test your speculations? **
The time trial intervals prove it because with each domino added the time became less for the ball to travel down the ramp.
** **
45 minutes

Good work.
