Hello To All!
My name is Tia'e. I'm from D.C. which is why I'm doing the class online. I'm 23 and I currently work in the school system with disabled children. While I love children my love is being in the lab. I will be graduating this summer with my AS in Engineering and next school year you will find me in the UK, finishing my bachelors degree and earning my Masters in either Biochemical Engineering or Chemical Engineering with Pharmaceutical Chemistry. I love reading and video games. Yes I am a complete nerd. I love all music, but especially big band, swing, and classical. "

I'm with you on the classical music. Unfortunately swing and big band were from my parents' generation so in my teens I avoided it. Too bad, because all the big bands stopped at our local amusement park, which had a huge dance pavilion, as they made their was from New York to Chicago and beyond.
