I've received the labs. Many of them require significant revisions, and include notes to specify what sort of revisions are needed.
Having made acceptable revisions, you will have completed a sufficient number of labs to pass the lab portion. You won't have a high passing grade for the lab, but it will be passing and with strong test grades you would pass the course with at least a transferrable grade.
