The link to the QA 17 seems to be broken. This is the link that I have from the Brief Assignments page:

There seems to be no link to this assignment from the main assignment page.

q_a_17 should not appear on the Assignments page. However it did. I've just edited q_a_'s beyond Assignment 17 out of the page.
