Asst 15 lab question

I am able to access the EPS01 file on my DVD's to view the short video clip about Experiment 7, but I do not understand if I am supposed to recreate this setup on my own to complete the lab, or just answer the questions from watching the video clip. On the Brief Assignments page for Asst 15 lab, it says that Experiment 7 is View only which makes me think I am not supposed to set this up. However, I do not know how to answer the questions of the experiment with only the short video clip I was able to view.
Additionally, I have looked through my lab materials and do not have the double piece of shelf standard with the diamond cut out of it in which to rest the knife blade on if I were to make my own balance.

Is there setup required for Asst 15 lab (experiment 7) or can I answer the questions associated with this lab based on the video clip alone?

Just familiarize yourself with the video clip. Reference could be made to that setup in a Query or even on a test, but you won't need any data.

Course time constraints

I am continuing to have trouble staying on track with all of the assignments in the course. Physics does not come naturally to me, I am not a numbers-oriented person. I have been spending an average of 10 hours per day trying to go through the assignments and learn the material well enough to feel confident in my knowledge. With the burden of another summer school class and family issues I have been going through, I am feeling very stressed with the amount of work.
Do you have any suggestions for me to further reduce the time burden without jeopardizing my grade at the end of the semester? I really want to do well in your course, I am simply feeling overwhelmed.
