Why did you observe only certain time intervals?
The timer program is not precise enough to record that many significant figures. It can still be useful if you don't need any more precision than this.

The last column also has repeating values, suggesting that the program cannot precisely record that many significant figures.

Why did you rarely, if ever, observe that same time interval twice?
The timer program is limited in distinguishing intervals very close together, but can easily differentiate intervals more spaced out.
Do you think this program is accurate to .1 or .01 ...
B, because beyond .01s in the first experiment, there are multiple duplicate values, suggesting the .001 digit is not being accurately recorded.
