the error gets bigger the smaller the time interval because thats more percent of clicking the button and less time of the test being run

How accurately are you able to measure the positions of the ball and the pendulum in the initial video?

i think i was able to measure those experiment to within .1 second after wahting the videos several times and knowing when to stop the timmer
