intersession course

course

Fatima,As I discussed with you on the phone today, I do not think our Vice President would allow you to enroll in a course at this point in the semester. You may if you wish contact her. Her email address is dclear@vhcc.edu.

Your work has been received. Please scroll through the document to see any inserted notes (inserted at the appropriate place in the document, in boldface) and a note at the end. The note at the end of the file will confirm that the file has been reviewed; be sure to read that note. If there is no note at the end, notify the instructor through the Submit Work form, and include the date of the posting to your access page.

I am willing to allow you to unofficially start work in the course, nd to enroll you in an Intersession course during the second half of May. You would need to email me during the last week of April to specifically request that this course be created, and you should also be very sure that I reply to your message.

I am willing to evaluate your progress in a letter or email to your advisor, whatever time you request. You will need to email me that request in time for me to complete the evaluation and get it to your advisor. If email is sufficient, 48 hours' notice will be plenty. If something has to be mailed, allow 3 extra days for the mail to run.

You won't officially be enrolled as a student. However I can communicate with you through your VCCS email account, which is apparently active. Prior to your enrollment any communications will be unofficial. However any tests you take according to testing instructions will count. Tests are done on paper and must be proctored. Most VCCS colleges offer proctoring in their testing centers. It is up to you to arrange proctoring, by means that will be specified in the information given in the following.

Due to password malfunctions in our system I might be out of contact for the weekend. However I ordinarily check emails, etc., very regularly, and provided the password problem is resolved this weekend will be no exception.

Here is the standard information packet:
