I just got your email about the problems occurring with the question form. I sent my test taken form for Test 2 last week and I was just wanting to make sure you received it. I took it last Thursday around 3 at the VHCC testing center. I also sent a question form on the same day, so I wasn't sure if there was a problem with that.
