What portion of our grade is included in homework?
How often will we have quizes and will they always be annonced?
Your non-test grade will be based pretty much on quizzes and on class participation.
You can expect a quiz at any time, at least once a week, sometimes three times a week.
A quiz will often ask you to copy down the solution to a specific problem on your homework, which I expect you to have handy when you come to class. Sometimes it will just be a question based on the material.
