Moving ManInitially, the man is given a position, velocity, and acceleration of 0. The sliders control the values of position, velocity and acceleration.

Removing the walls at either side of the measuring tape allows for greater exploration of high-valued v and a.

Different combinations of positive and negative values produce interesting results. For example, giving the man a velocity of 10 m/s and an acceleration of -1 m/s^2

with the walls down will rsult in him running off screen to the right, with position increasing and velocity decerasing all the while. At a certain point, velocity will become negative, and position will begin to decrease. Eventually, the man will reappear and continue along the screen from right to left, while velocity and position become increasing greater in magnitude in the negative direction.

This is a very interesting, and useful, tool for modeling constant or 0 accelerated motion."
