Textbook Work

Instruction via site:

Begin by working and submitting the Open QA, which is designed to introduce you to core topics without reference to the text or other sources (you may use other sources if you find this enhances your learning experience, but for most students this would be unnecessary and counterproductive).

Read your text and work out the assigned problems at the end of the section (all problems numbered in multiples of 3 and all problems numbered in multiples of 5). The lectures on the DVD's are designed to help clarify the most important topics, and you should view them and take notes; however if you are able to work through the text without the support of the DVD's you are not required to use them.

Submit the Open Query for the assignment.

I see where you say

Read your text and work out the assigned problems at the end of the section (all problems numbered in multiples of 3 and all problems numbered in multiples of 5). The lectures on the DVD's are designed to help clarify the most important topics, and you should view them and take notes; however if you are able to work through the text without the support of the DVD's you are not required to use them.

Then under that you say submit the open query for the assignment. I do not understand if we are supposed to submit the textbook questions or if the open query is the work to be submitted instead??? If the textbook problems are supposed to be submitted then how would you like them???

@& You should do the assigned problems, then do the Query, which will ask you in-depth questions about selected problems.

You need only submit the Query.

If you have questions on any textbook problem(s), then you are welcome to use the Question Form to submit them.*@
