course Phy 201 We decided on the advice from you, to hook the rubber band chain to a paper clip in the middle of a plastic pipe. We attached a piece of paper to the outside to make where the rubber band chain is. To make it more accurate we can tape a scale to the inside for the readings and also have something stationary to measure the chain on, like a table or the ground etc.
