Hello
YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
Your solution: (type in your solution starting in the next line)
Simply multiple the number of hours worked by the rate at which you get paid (8 dollars/hour). Multiplying 8 (dollars/hour) by 4 (hours) will result in 32 dollars.

confidence rating: (Type in a number from 0 to 3, indicating your level of confidence in your solution.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
3 means you are at least 90% confident of your solution, or that you are confident you got at least 90% of the solution
2 means that you are more that 50% confident of your solution, or that you are confident you got at least 50% of the solution
1 means that you think you probably got at least some of the solution correct but don't think you got the whole thing
0 means that you're pretty sure you didn't get anything right)
.............................................
Given Solution: 8 dollars / hour means '8 dollars per hour', indicating that for every hour you work you earn 8 dollars. If you work for 4 hours, then if you earn 8 dollars for every one of those hours you earn 4 * 8 dollars = 32 dollars.

You've communicated your answers in the appropriate manner.
Your document does not include the given solutions, which were part of the original document. This is not really a problem on this assignment, which you obviously understand. However, had there been areas of difficulty in your work, the posted document would not have included the given solutions and would have been much less valuable to you. This is the main reason I ask that nothing be deleted from the original document.
Another important reason for this requirement is related to the ongoing improvement of the course and materials. When you do have questions or difficulties, I need to consider whether the given solution can be improved, both for your benefit and for the benefit of future students. To do this efficiently I need to be able to instantly view the wording of the given solution. When this information is there in front of me, along with your work, I can best consider how to structure or word things differently, in terms I think you'll better understand.
As we follow these guidelines, I will soon become familiar with the pattern of your work, and will hopefully be able to offer you some valuable feedback when you need it.
On future assignments, the file you submit should therefore include everything in the original document, with your answers appended.
