I have never had a problem accessing tests before so I wanted to bring this to your attention.
I tried to access with internet explorer and firefox, and I tried from a different computer without success.
Thanks for your help

Thanks for sharing the detailed information.
I was just able to access the testing site with no problem.
I'll ask our technical support staff about the error message. However I expect that the problem was very transient. I know that monthly updates were being loaded today so various utilities would have been unavailble for brief times.
Let me know right away, by email and by form, if you experience similar problems again.

Thanks. This confirms my suspicion that the outage was associated with the updates.
