The lab Rotating Straw Opposing Rubberbands stated to go ahead and do the lab for Angular Velocity of a Strap, so since I did the lab for Angular Velocity of a Strap, I figured I'd go ahead and submit the work for Assignment #11, as well, since the material relates to the lab. I still intend to go in order, so as to not create confusion.
