rubber band calibration

Your work on rubber band calibration has been received. Scroll down through the document to see any comments I might have inserted, and my final comment at the end.

1,8.5; 1, 8.0; 1, 8.3; 1, 8.5 7.5, 7.0, 7.3, 7.5 I did not have the reduced copy of the ruler with me when I performed this experiment. I was on my college campus and unable to get it. This was not indicated in the lab materials listed in the third line down from the top with the other lab materials needed. Subtract the second number in the set from the first number in the set, for example, 8.5-1=7.5. The rubber bands are marked 1, 2, 3, 4. The ruler is accurate to at least +-.01. Upon the completion of the measurement lab, I learned that standard rulers are accurate to at least .01 of the measurement. This is the basis for my uncertainty. 1,8.5; 1, 8.0; 1, 8.3; 1, 8.5 End 7.5, 7.0, 7.3, 7.5 I, II, III, IV The ruler is accurate to at least +-.01. 8, 7, 7.5, 7.7 These results were from the weight of two dominoes. 8, 7, 7.5, 8 4 8, 7.5, 8.3, 8 6 8.5, 8, 8.4, 8.5 8 8.9, 8.3, 8.8, 8.9 10 End. I ran out of dominos to further test the effects of weight on the rubber bands. 7.5, 7.0, 7.3, 7.5, 0.19 8.0, 7.0, 7.5, 7.7, 0.38 8.0, 7.0, 7.5, 8.0, 0.76 8.0, 7.5, 8.3, 8.0, 1.14 8.5, 8.0, 8.4, 8.5, 1.52 8.9, 8.3, 8.8, 8.9, 1.90 End The first line represents length of the rubber bands with 1 domino. This continues down the box until the data from 10 dominos effecting the stretch is reached. Units are in centimeters and the last number is in Newtons. Increasing at an decreasing rate, then increasing at an increasing rate. Constant and then increasing at a decreasing rate. Increasing at an increasing rate. I think it would be -.03 N after comparing to the results above. I would estimate +-.05 after looking at the range of numbers I got.

Your work on this experiment will be compiled and you will receive a more extensive analysis and a reply after the due date. At first glance it looks good.
