An object travels a distance of 32 cm in 17.6 seconds from start to finish. If its acceleration is uniform and its initial velocity zero, then what are its average velocity, acceleration and final velocity?

Initial velocity is 0 cm/0 seconds.

Final velocity is 32 cm/17.6 seconds

Average velocity is 1.8 cm/second

32 cm / (17.6 s) = 1.8 cm/s.

Is this average velocity or final velocity? Or both?

You still haven't calculated acceleration. See if you can reason this out from the definitions (see also my note on the recent randomized problem).
