On the first line, I started the ruler at 10 cm on the singly-reduced ruler and measured the first rubber band to be 14.3 cm which totals 24.3 cm. On the second line, I used the ratio 1/1.5 since the singly-reduced ruler measure 1 cm in 1.5 real cm. 1/1.5 = x/14.3 and cross multiply and divide to get 9.53 cm.

It is uncertain because I started at 10 instead of 0 and the ruler is hard to read.
