How do I get pre-approval for my test taking? Should I have my proctor e-mail you? and with what information should they supply you?
Have you checked with your proctor to see if they have the information? If it is acceptable to them, then you can make arrangments with them. If they need more information from me, or if the procedures aren't acceptable to them, be sure to let me know.
Actually it appears you haven't submitted the proctor information form. You need to do that.
