1. 2 centimeters. If you could pause the video and accurately read the measurements, you would be able to read where the object is located at the time you paused the video.

I reasonably took the information I was given and used the knowledge I have of the subject to come up with my estimations.
2. You can observe where the tape is located at a particular time. After many observations you could compare where the tape is at the specific time.
3. I would take note of the position/time the pendulum is at three positions on the meter stick; beginning,middle and end. This would allow me to see if the pendulum has sped up or slowed down.
