Week 01: Week of 09/01/08 - 09/07/08. Assignments 1 and 2: Run q_a_lib1 for assignments 1 and 2 and send SEND&&&&**** file using the Submit Work Form. Text sections 2.1 and 2.2. Work all problems numbered in multiples of 3 or 5 (i.e., 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 12, 15, 18, ...; all these are multiples of 3 or of 5). Run query_lib1 and submit send&&&& file after each assignment using the Submit Work Form.

** what must be and what may be submitted **

Submitting work through the submit work form must be detailed and in word processed form. Handwritten is not acceptable, because it doesn't allow for complete critiques.

Writing things down is the easiest form of problem simplification there is, because it's impossible to attempt to sketch or write things in standard notation on computer. Taking notes is imperative to our success in the course.
