I have a question about certain labs that are labelled labs to view. Am I correct in assuming that no lab write up is required for these labs? I also has some questions about testing. Are we allowed to have any kind of formula sheet? Also, what should be the major focus when studying for university physics tests? Essentially should I spend the majority of my time looking over problem sets or would something else be better?

No formula sheets are permitted on tests.
There are always some problems taken more or less directly from the Introductory Problem Sets, so be sure you are fully prepared for those sets.
Of course you should know the material in the book, and solving assigned text problems is excellent preparation.
You do have access to the testing page. Check the menu for your homepage under Testing. It's not a bad idea to look at some tests.
