I went to go take my first test, and the testing center said that you never sent them information. They said that they have received information for my friend who is also taking the course, but they don't have any of my information. I filled out the proctor info form about a month ago, and I received confirmation. I don't know whether or not this is a mistake on your end or their end, but in either case, they won't let me take any tests until they hear from you. Could you please resolve this asap. My schedule is very tight, and I have very few opportunities to get the tests in.

I thought I had, and certainly should have, but I don't have a record of having sent the information. I apologize for the error on my part.
I've just sent it. Check with your proctor and let me know if it hasn't been received.
