I think the program is useful for information that has to be accurate not precise. I think the timer rounds off what it can fit in the box.You can take the difference of two consecutative times to get a more precise time.

The program uses significant figures to be more accurate.

The times are more random because they were longer intervals

A because most of my results were about .1 off.
