Mr. Smith,
Starting, on Thursday, July 9th, I will be enrolled in a summer course at UVA. My class is Monday-Friday, with a lecture in the morning and discussion in the afternoon. With that, the Houff Library at BRCC closes at 5:00 PM, so I will be unable to take my last two exams at that location. Do you have any suggestions for an alternative testing location? If so, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

What is the location of your UVA class? Are you close to any other community colleges? What are the dates of the UVA class?
One option might be to take a slight extension at the end of the term and take your last two tests after the term ends. It would be no problem to give you an extension to allow for this.
