My documents must be word-processed because it's not possible for the instructor to edit comments into Excel, scanned documents or documents submitted on paper. Expet for tests.
Person to person meetings are hard but electronic communication is the easiest way to get a respons and help.

Send files in original format. Make sure they're not zipped.
Save my e-mails and other communications from the teacher. Its my place to keep up with what i have and haven't sent. Once my work appears in the Access site its save.
