How did you use the boiling and freezing point temperatures to get your relationship?

I used the boiling points and freezing points for each temperature scale as points. i.e., 0 C corresponded to 32 F (Freezing Points) make a point of (0,32). The same was done with the boiling points, with the C value corresponding to x and F value to y.
