Hey professor,
I am supposed to take test 2 for physics 2 this week and test 1 for physics 1 next week. I was wondering if I could just submit test 2 a week late so that I only have to go up to the testing center once. Also, the proctor I am using says she was not allowed to save the test files that you sent her. I told her this was kind of inconvenient, but i guess you will just have to send her things test by test. I will resend the proctor information later this week. Thanks so much and let me know if this is all okay.

This is fine. There's plenty of flexibility in testing dates.
You can just submit the proctor information by the Submit Work form, as long as the proctor is the same as before. I needed the original information on the Proctor Request form, but now that the proctor has been contacted I this form, which I monitor several times a day, will be better.
