Can I take my Quiz at a Government facility. It is called NIST (National Institute if Standards and Technology). They they have a library were I could take the quiz at.

I'm willing to contact them and evaluate whether they are able to properly proctor the test. I would think there's a good chance that this could work out.
Submit the proctor form accordingly.
