** Your average time interval for 20 time intervals **
0.1515625
I added the first 20 intervals and divided by 20.

** Your general comment to this point **
** Why did you observe only certain time intervals? **
It probably just estimates to the nearest pre-programmed value. That doesn't make it useless since we still know relatively what times we've gotten. It might be a problem in certain instances that require minute time accuracies, but this isn't one of them.
** What did you see when you looked at the differences between time successive time intervals? **
It doesn't necessarily keep increasing or decreasing. The numbers get smaller and larger, making their differences both positive and negative. Also, often, it decreases and increases by the same/similar amount, which reinforces the idea of a preprogrammed tick or counter.
** Your time intervals for 7 complete breaths: **
2.3125
2.859375
3.5
2.8125
3.046875
3.03125
** Your general comment to this point: **
** Why did you rarely, if ever, observe that same time interval twice? **
I guess the timer program only rounds or estimates to those preprogrammed numbers when the time inbetween clicks is so miniscule that every number gets approximated (since the timer program can't measure incredibly small time differences accurately).
** Do you think this program is accurate to .1 or .01 ... **
It looks like it's accurate to about .0001 since it rounds after .0001 on the fifth decimal spot.
** Copy of a few lines of your spreadsheet from the TIMER program. **
