ball down ramp

Your work on ball down ramp has been received and looks very good.

Please let me know if you have any questions related to this orientation assignment.

The ball will roll faster down the steepest ramp.

The time intervals would decrease as the slope increases.

The ball wiil roll down the ramp faster with a steeper slope and it will roll slower down the ramp with lesser slope. .844 .842 .800 .859 .688

By comparing all the data collected it is conclusive that the hypothesis stated earlier is true. The ball rolls faster down a steeper slope and slower down a lesser slope.

The steeper the ramp is the greater the velocity of the ball due to accumulation of potential energy. If I want to go sleigh riding I pick a steep hill so that I can go really fast. I build up more potential energy on a steeper slope than on a lesser slope thus making me travel down the hill faster.

Displacement and time put together form velocity. The greater the velocity the greater amount of displacement per unit time.

Do the test again, reference the physics book, and talk with the professor about the speculation.
