The speed shows in the last of the boxes in the left-hand column.
You can't read all of the digits of the displayed speed but if you watch that display you can certainly see the first two digits changing, first getting smaller then larger, and you can note those digits at the instant the speed reaches its minimum and its maximum. You can then make a reasonable attempt to get the third digit, but you might have to note an appropriate degree of uncertainty in that digit.
