It will take you 9 hours to make 72 dollars. I found this answer by taking 72 and dividing it by 8.

Your solution: the first solution is 55. I found this by using the order of operations, so I did the parenthesis first then multiplied it by 5. The second solution is 23. I found this by using the order of operations and doing the multiplication before doing the addition.

Your solution: I found the answer to the first question by first doing the exponent.. 3^2, which is 9. I then did the multiplication before doing the subtraction. The answer is -21. The second answer I found by first doing the parenthesis then taking 12 (the answer from the parenthesis) and raising it to 2. I then did the multiplication before doing the subtraction. My answer is -129

I think the graph is Quadratic or parabolic because it starts high, goes down and goes back to the starting point on the other side because its positive. The graph is also identically symmetrical.
