Describe what you see on your first 10 clicks

I see three columns of numbers. The first of which tells you the number of clicks, the second gives you clock time from the time of opening the program, and the third in time interval between clicks.

Your general comment to this point

Why did you observe only certain time intervals?

The program seems to round in multiples of 25. May be flawed, but still useful in getting a close estimate.

What did you see when you looked at the differences between time successive time intervals?

Maybe that it is more accurate than it appears.

Your time intervals for 7 complete breaths:

7.640625

8.070313

8.232422

8.613281

8.761719

9.542969

9.923828

10.17578

11.97852

Your general comment to this point:

Why did you rarely, if ever, observe that same time interval twice?

Because when we did the fact clicks it was based on voluntary action and with the breaths it was involuntary.

Do you think this program is accurate to .1 or .01 ...

Accurate to .1 seconds.

Because their are no numbers .01 or lower.

My home computer would not allow me to create the spread sheet.

Looks good. We'll be discussing results in class Wednesday.
