course phys 202
There are only two questions for this assigment, but I was unsure how to do the second one even looking at the general solution
1.how far from a concave mirror of radius 23.0 cm must an object be placed to form an image at infinity?
-the equation we use is .5 * 23cm= 11.5cm because the focal distance is half the radius of the curvature.
2. 11 radius of curvature of 4.5 x lens held 2.2 cm from tooth
1/ 2.2cm + 1/ image d.= -1/ 1.7cm = -2.2cm image distance
(Confused on this question)
You should be inserting your solutions into a copy of the 'open' query.
You should then self-critique the given solutions.
I respond mostly to self-critiques. Insert your self-critique of the given solution into a copy of the document and submit it so I can see what you do and do not understand, and focus my response on what you need to see.
