7/28 7This is the preliminary questions of the kin model experiment for assignment 6.
The red particle estimated time between collisions: Since each “trial” lasts about 2 seconds, and the red particle collides around 5 times each “trial.” I estimate that time between collisions is around .4 seconds. The average speed is the first speed on the top of the screen and that’s around 2.5.
The property of the blue particle that is different from the others is that it slows down every time another particle collides with it.
The red particle turns yellow when another yellow particle collides with it. Yellow particles move at a very high speed.
I’m sorry I don’t know what the graphs represent to the right of the screen.

Those graphs are frequency distributions for the velocities of the particles, and the kinetic energies of the particles.
