The website states that the assignment due dates are scheduled to be spread out over the 10-week period. there is a link for problem sets. given that the answer is given and explained below each problem on the problem sets, i would assume they are not to be submitted for credit. is that the case?

i do not understand exactly which assignments need to be submitted for credit. Is it just the assignments under the ASSTs tab that need to be completed for credit, or should we submit our individual work from the problem sets as well?

Submit only what you are specifically requested to submit. For the most part, that would be the labs and the Queries.
Of course if you have a question on an assigned problem that isn't covered by the Query, you are welcome to submit a question, using the Submit Question Form at http://vhcc2.vhcc.edu/dsmith/forms/question_form.htm.
