I have not received my DVD's

I began working through the initial activities at the beginning of last week and submitted my request for the DVD's to start the class. My understanding was that in filling out the first form I would be sent the DVD's to begin the course and I could contact the bookstore later to get the other materials I need for class. I received confirmation in one of the first forms I submitted that I should receive my DVD's later in the week, which would have been last week. I still have not received the DVD's. I don't know if I have done something wrong or they are just lost in the mail. I just wanted to confirm that they have been sent. Just in case my address is 662 Anderson Ave. Marion VA 24354. The materials were mailed a little later than I anticipated, on Friday of last week. If you don't have them by Wednesday let me know and I'll send another package.
