Why did you observe only certain time intervals?

I'm sure it isn't useless.

What did you see when you looked at the differences between time successive time intervals?

This appears to be fairly regular. We establish a pattern of clicks. But wouldn't it be different if we were actually timing something?

Mine did not follow your pattern.

Why did you rarely, if ever, observe that same time interval twice?

Since we were actually timing an event, we did not create a regular pattern of clicks.

Do you think this program is accurate to .1 or .01 ...

The TIMER program is capable of determining the time between two events accurately to within about .0001 second.

If we are being honest with our timing, and not creating a false pattern by anticipating the event, this should be quite accurate.
