for clarification the course outline under course study on math 158 home page states that test 6 is omitted but under the assignment tab the test 6 is assigned to be taken. how should I proceed... also is test 4 covering chapter 4 and 5

Thanks for asking. Your question revealed some anomalies on the Due Dates page.

That page now reads correctly. Assignments 35-38 have been removed, and you will not have a Test 6.
