0.17578125
I entered all of the intervals into excel, summed them, and divided by 20.

** Your general comment to this point **
** Why did you observe only certain time intervals? **
I suppose the TIMER program is flawed. I would not say that it is useless. This program is only accurate to a certain extent and this should be kept in mind. The
** What did you see when you looked at the differences between time successive time intervals? **
The timer program just isn't very acurate. .01563 is repeated many times. There is no way. Also the negative numbers indicate that the previous interval was more than the following.

** Your general comment to this point: **
** Why did you rarely, if ever, observe that same time interval twice? **
the more time in between each timer hit, the more accurate it can be. Hitting it so close together, the timer was not able to read properly.
** Do you think this program is accurate to .1 or .01 ... **
b. 01 seconds. This is because if you look at the intervals in the experiment when hitting as fast as one could, it seems that it could accurately read to the .01.
