What is the difference between second harmonic and fourth harmonic? For example, this problem below says fourth harmonic. Does that change the way the problem is worked?
A string of length 8 meters is fixed at both ends. It oscillates in its fourth harmonic with a frequency of 179 Hz and amplitude .75 cm. If it is held under a tension of 11 Newtons, then what is its mass?

@& The first harmonic has the minimum possible number of nodes and antinodes, and is also called the fundamental harmonic, or just 'the fundamental'.
The second harmonic is obtained by adding a node-antinode pair to the fundamental.
Each subsequenty harmonic is obtained by adding a node-antinode pair to the preceding harmonic.
